  • 2017.1 – Daily schedule Smart Rule

Daily schedule enables you to combine both fixed time criteria and variable time criteria – sunrise / sunset. Daily schedule also includes an “Off action” meaning you will not need to assign another separate Smart Rule if criteria are not met.

Use case examples for the new Daily schedule Smart Rule:

    1. “Blinds shall go up at 7AM in the morning and go down at sunset.”
    2. “If the brightness requirement for the Smart Rule Blinds adjustment according to sun position is not met, blinds shall not go to their default position but rather just set a straight angle and don’t move up or down.” This was possible to do prior to introduction of Daily schedule but Daily schedule makes the configuration easier to understand.
