How to add a new PIN code for a reader with keyboard
Go to Settings → Access → Add access card.
Tap the Wiegand gateway on which you want to enable the PIN.
Select Create virtual card - only PIN. Enter your PIN code. By default, it must be at least 4 characters long. This can be changed later. Tap Valid until and select a future date. Return. The card has been created. You can see it at the bottom of the Access Cards list. There is no user assigned.
Tap the new tab. Tap Assign user. Select your TapHome account.
At the bottom, tap Set unlimited. Tap Back.
Scroll up and tap the Wiegand gateway on which you are configuring the PIN. Tap on Service Settings. On the next screen, tap Edit weekly schedules and users. Tap Add a weekly plan or a weekly plan you already have. Tap Default weekly plan. Tap Add a new user. Select an account. Tap Back multiple times.
Try your new PIN.
