Excellent communication, willing to advise on any requests. If someone is building a real house, I do not recommend anything other than intelligent installation. I discovered the possibilities of the system only after completion and only incorporated heating and shading into the construction. If I had known the system in more detail before construction, I would have implemented the entire installation only intelligently. Remove the expensive copper wiring from the lights to the switches and replace it with 1 FTP cable for controlling the blinds, thermostat, lights, etc. The documents are detailed and if someone is skilled, they will master the self-installation without problems. It is necessary to learn a little how things work, but the schematics on the original Taphome site are very cool. In case of uncertainty, the council will explain everything by email, but also by phone.

I came across the TapHome system and the Smart Comfort company while looking for a way to solve the control of heating and additional peripherals in a family home. During my search, I was impressed by the professional approach and professional advice given to me by Mr. Freemen. Together, we selected and designed a suitable solution for managing and monitoring selected heating, ventilation, lighting and other elements. We are currently expanding the system to control irrigation systems and a sliding gate. I have been using the system for about 2 years and I am completely satisfied with the validation and management options. Based on the above experiences, I can only recommend the TapHome system, the possibilities of which are more or less unlimited. For the family house, I decided on a solution from TapHome using SmartSwitch components. The entire solution is fully controllable via a mobile application. The advantage over the competition (e.g. knx) is that it is largely configurable by the client. As an example, the client can set himself what action the smartswitch will perform at a specific position and after a specific action (e.g. short press, long press, etc.) He can set all components included in the system (lights, switched outlets, blinds, irrigation alarm etc.). Smartswitch components have a really attractive design, the disadvantage is their higher price. I haven't installed the system for a long time, but when the components have a good lifespan, the investment will be worth it. As for the application, it is very simple and includes all system components. It has multiple profiles (admin, user), where admin can create new ones with different permissions. It is accessible via the azure cloud, i.e. that it is accessible not only from the local network, but from everywhere.
