I was extremely satisfied with iO Elektro. Their approach is truly professional – from the first contact to the actual implementation. I especially appreciate that they do not passively wait, but actively seek solutions and propose alternatives to make things more efficient. Communication was fast, direct and without unnecessary delays. They are very responsive and willing to help even with unexpected tasks. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality and reliability!

We are very satisfied with IO Electro. They carried out the electrical installation in our house, installed Taphome and at the same time repaired and adjusted things that had not been done correctly before. They tightened everything that was necessary precisely and professionally. Their professional approach, quality of work, willingness and helpfulness are truly above standard. You can always agree on a suitable date with them, they communicate reliably and without problems at any time. They advise in all circumstances and solve problems as soon as they arise. We greatly appreciate their promptness, responsiveness and reliability - what they say and promise, comes true. Mr. Zečevič and his team are professionals with a human approach. We are really satisfied with IO Electro and we recommend it.

I have been working with iO Elektro for over two years. They designed and implemented the entire Taphome smart home for me in a new family home. From the beginning, communication was very good, everything we agreed on was always done, Mr. Zečevič was always very kind and ready to help. If any intervention, service, or addition of any components was needed, they always willingly came and did what was needed professionally. I can only recommend it.

Great cooperation and professional approach throughout the entire implementation. There was excellent communication with this supplier, he was always ready to advise us and propose a solution. We were really satisfied with few contractors when building a house, but with Mr. Zečevič and IO Elektro we were. Even more so since we had been working with them continuously for over 2 years on a lot of work. I appreciate Mr. Zečevič's constructive approach to many challenges and problems that gradually arose the most. For him, there was practically no "impossible". He always came up with a good solution. I must also highlight that he always mentioned all possible alternatives for how something could be implemented/solved - even if it was not the alternative that would make the most money - which is truly exceptional in Slovakia. And probably the best of all was Mr. Zečevič's prompt and helpful communication. He answered my phone calls and replied to my messages practically immediately, whether it was late at night or early in the morning. I'm so afraid for him that he might ruin his health :) This is how we imagine modern electricians. Excellent work at fair prices and with perfect communication.
