Common Issues
- Sun rules use the wrong location Smart rules that work with the sun calculate its position from the GPS position of the location. If nobody changed the default, the calculation runs for Vienna instead of your house.
- Modbus ID collision Multiple Modbus devices with the same Slave ID causing communication errors
- Jablotron PG not switching Sensor and PG output states from Jablotron are read correctly, but PG outputs cannot be switched from TapHome
- EXT sensor after replacement Replaced external sensor (temperature, humidity, CO2) still not communicating with the module
- Bus Extender not recognized Bus Extender connected via USB is not detected by the Core
