From a laptop or PC, it is possible to manage changes, losses, and edits at any time. The resident has an application where he can also manage these accesses to his apartment. The SmartComfort company has 24/7 customer support.

We have a smart home from SmartComfort in our apartment and we are extremely satisfied. We use the TapHome system - intuitive control via mobile phone, tablet, app on PC, simply very simple and efficient - modern design of switches. Switches are of various types from 1-button (instructional) to 5-button.

I was interested in an automated home, first I looked around for Loxone, which in terms of advertising is more likely to come across. However, an acquaintance pointed me to TapHome. So I started to do some research and looked for companies that specialize in this. According to the reviews I found on various portals, the company SmartComfort was recommended, mainly because of Mr. Slobodník and his approach. That's why I contacted him for the purpose of some cooperation. After the first contact, it was clear to me that he was a capable and professional person who could advise. Since I wanted to save some money, TapHome was preferred, since it was much more economical. At the same time, Mr. Slobodník and I also agreed on self-installation, which means that Mr. Slobodník prepared the materials necessary for me to pull all the cables, the documents for connecting the modules and making them work, and I installed it myself. Throughout the entire process, he provided me with professional support, both regarding the correct connection of cables, as well as the terminal devices themselves (buttons, motion sensors, smoke sensors, weather station, etc.) and modules. Of course, this was preceded by a demonstration directly on the construction site, a final check of the connection and possible elimination of errors. Thanks to this, I have a better overview of how the whole thing works, communicates, and in the event of an error, I can fix it myself. I highly appreciate the cooperation and am grateful for this opportunity, because not everyone would be able to tolerate constant questions and advice regarding the connection. So, a big thank you to Mr. Slobodník for his helpfulness and patience. I can only recommend the SmartComfort company.
