The most unfortunate experience. The representative for the Bucharest area is overwhelmed by any situation that arises, the required materials were overestimated (materials worth 4200ron paid in advance and later after several months returned because they were in excess of what was needed), the ventilation system installed on their recommendation by an installer who later informed us that he was not able to put the system into operation (installed last year), a system that is still not functional at this moment (11 June 2025). I'm glad I didn't choose (after the experience with the ventilation) to have my heat pump and underfloor heating installed with them. Practically they are just a shop which, once they have the products paid for, no longer offer you any assistance. I should mention that at the start of the collaboration I requested complete services (including installation and commissioning) for heat recovery ventilation, underfloor heating and a heat pump, services that were offered by them at 17.000€ and accepted by me.

Cea mai nefericita experienta. Reprezentantul pe zona București este depășit de orice situație apărută, necesarul materialelor supraevaluat (materiale în valoare de 4200ron plătite anticipat și ulterior după mai multe luni returnate pt ca erau în plus față de necesar), instalația de ventilație montata pe recomandarea lor de un instalator care ulterior ne-a informat ca nu este în măsură sa pună în funcțiune instalația (montata anul trecut), instalație care nu este funcțională nici în momentul de față (11 iunie 2025). Ma bucur ca nu am ales (în urma experientei cu ventilația) sa îmi montez pompa de căldură și încălzirea în pardoseala cu ei. Practic ei sunt doar un magazin care în momentul în care s-au văzut cu produsele achitate nu îți mai oferă nicio asistenta. Menționez ca la momentul începerii colaborării am cerut servicii complete (inclusiv instalare și punere în funcțiune) pt ventilație cu recuperare de căldură, încălzire în pardoseala și pompa de căldură, servicii ce au fost ofertate de ei la 17.000€ și acceptate de mine.
