I contacted this company regarding a Sinclair Marvin 3.5 kW air conditioning with installation last year, the inspection was done, but then the overall communication was quite delayed (just like my review), this company didn't contact me at all or it took a long time for them to let me know what's what, of course I was on vacation and informed them I wouldn't be home at a certain time, so the installation wouldn't be possible, when I informed them that the installation was now possible, it took them a long time to respond, and only when air conditioning cooling was no longer necessary did they get in touch, asking if it was still valid - date August 18, 2025, since the cooler period was approaching and the season was coming to an end, it wasn't necessary to install the AC, as it would have been installed for the entire winter period without use - it wouldn't be used for heating, and so it would have been installed without use.

kontaktoval som tuto firmu ohladom klimatizacie sinclair marvin 3,5 kW s montazou este minuly rok, obhliadka bola urobena, ale potom celkova komunikacia bola dost oneskorena (tak ako moja recenzia), tato firma sa mi vobec neozvala resp. trvalo dlho kym mi dali vediet co ako, samozrejme som bol na dovolenke a oznamil im ze nebudem v urcitom termine doma, cize by nebolo mozne urobit montaz, ked som im oznamil ze uz je mozne urobit montaz, trvalo im dlho mi odpovedat, az potom ked uz chladenie klimatizaciou nebolo nutne sa ozvali, ze ci to stale plati - datum 18.8 2025, kedze uz sa blizilo chladnejsie obdobie a sezona sa blizila ku koncu, nebolo nutne instalovat klimu, kedze by bola nainstalovana cele zimne obdobie bez vyuzitia - nekurilo by sa s nou, a tak by bola nainstalovana bez vyuzitia.
