System Designer
A Budapest-based architectural studio founded in 2018, specialising in architectural design and general planning. Services cover the full lifecycle of the built environment, from site selection and permitting to facility management. The studio currently employs 8 designers and, when acting as general planner, engages up to 30 engineers as subcontractors, with all work carried out using a model-based (BIM) approach.
Services
- Architectural design — design of accommodation, residential, commercial, industrial, office and public buildings.
- General planning — structural engineering, building services (mechanical and electrical), landscape, utilities and road-related documentation, prepared and managed with a permanent team of co-designers.
- Interior design — further development of representative interiors for family houses, villas and apartment buildings designed by the studio.
- Construction support — technical inspection services and design supervision during the construction phase.
- Visualisation and presentation — photorealistic renderings, presentation and online marketing materials, walkable 3D hypermodel.
- Consulting — pre-development feasibility studies, plan reviews, and technical expert advice on existing buildings.
Projects
The portfolio ranges from larger-scale residential buildings to bespoke houses: 80- and 30-unit apartment buildings, renovation of a 14-unit building in Zugló, a six-unit apartment building, a community building in Kőbánya, a family house and a villa in Budapest, as well as accommodation facilities — a 12-bed guest house in Annavölgy, a six-room pension in Mogyoród and a holiday building in Kismaros.
