A new smart rule moves tunable white and colour lights through the day: cool and bright in the morning, warm and soft after sunset, a dim warm glow at night. You set a few intervals by the clock or by sunrise and sunset, and the lights glide between them.

Smart rules that follow the sun need to know where the installation is. The app would take the location from the phone during setup, find it by address or let you place a pin on a map, and warn while the default location is still in use.
The sun smart rule would skip slat and position changes below a limit you set, and the slat angle of exterior venetian blinds would follow their real, uneven slat movement instead of a straight run time.
An integration that computes hundreds of values in smart rule scripts cannot send them to an external service in one request today. A text variable, shared collections or HTTP requests from smart rule scripts would let any script build one JSON and send it.
Roller shutters and awnings connected through Packet Parser templates would get the same Sun orientation settings as shutters on TapHome modules, so the smart rule Blinds adjustment according to sun can move them by the sun.
